Prior to placing your order, we recommend that you  carefully read the Supplement Facts and Cautions for the product you are interested in purchasing. After Your Order Has Been Processed

Once orders have been processed we may not be able to make adjustments or corrections. For this reason, once your order has been received, changes to orders (ie. shipping address corrections) and returns and/or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for any of the following situations, including but not limited to:

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address.
  • If you are a foreign customer living outside of the U.S. and customs detains or seizes the product.
  • If you don’t receive your order, but your shipment tracking number shows that it was successfully delivered.

Refunds will NOT be provided for the following situation:

  • If you refuse delivery.
